Definition:To have fun, laugh, smile and find the joy in life. The ability to laugh at yourself and find humor even in difficult situations. Activities:Have a family “Comedy” night and play board games, dance or anything that is fun for the entire family.Tips for kids:
It’s healthy to laugh, so do it often.
Laughter releases stress just as well as tears—and it’s a lot more fun.
Surround yourself with positive people who make you smile and laugh.
Try to find humor every day even during tough times.
Laugh at yourself and don’t take yourself too seriously.
Smile; it will brighten both your day and someone else’s day.
Next time you are upset ask Green Glory to remind you of something funny. Distract yourself with humor.
