CENTERED - DAY #11 of '12 Days of The 12 Cs' - Teaching kids the tools to adapt, cope and thrive

Feeling peace and balance within your mind and body.  The ability to make yourself calm and relaxed Adapting and coping. The ability to manage worries and anxieties.  

Take 3 deep, full breaths and repeat at least 3 times in the day

  • Inhale through your nose for 3 seconds

  • Hold for 5 seconds

  • Exhale out your mouth for 5 seconds


Tips for kids:

  • Breathe. Breathe. Breathe.  It will help you feel calmer.

  • You may not have control over all situations but you always have control of how you handle your feelings and behave.

  • When you’re calm, you make better choices.

  • It’s your choice to ask Green Glory to help you relax and let it go.
