Tips for kids:

  • There are two sides to your self-talk. 

    • Green Glory (positive self-talk) and Red Rant (negative self-talk).

    • Red Rant may say, “I can’t do it” or “I won’t remember my dance routine” or “What if I fail?” 

    • Green Glory may say “I’m not sure I can do it now, but I will keep trying until I can do it.”

  • Understand the power of your thoughts and practice listening to Green Glory.
